The Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) Extended Diplomas 3

This is a popular course available to you in addition to your main programme • sport Development, coaching
of study and is completed during Year 12. It is an opportunity to carry out a and Fitness
project in an area or subject you feel passionate about.

If you want to extend your interest in a subject or if you have particular
passions or hobbies outside of College then this could be the extra course for Subsidiary Diplomas and
you! It requires over 90 hours of work, so it is important that you enjoy Extended Certificates
working on your chosen project. Your final submission has a great deal of
flexibility, such as a written report, organising a charity event or even creating • extended certificate in
a computer game. All students must also give a presentation about Applied Business
their project.
