Progress at Key Stage 4

From Year 9 onwards, students are in Key Stage 4 and working towards their GCSEs.

At the current time, subjects are Subject First Exams Current
gradually moving onto specifications Year Group
where students are graded using the
new Number system (9-1) as opposed English Language Summer 2017
to the old Grade system (A*-G).
English Literature Summer 2017
This is a national change and there is a

move onto their new specifications.
Art and Design Summer 2018 11
As subjects move onto the new

At each assessment point, students will
be issued with a Fine Grade Modern Foreign Languages Summer 2018 11
Prediction for each subject. This is

judgement and is a Prediction of what
we think a student can achieve at the Physical Education Summer 2018 11
end of Year 11 if they continue to
engage well in their learning and make Religious Education Summer 2018 11
progress in line with national
