English
8 a vast array and richness of extra-curricular opportunities available at the

9 which is also showcased throughout this edition.

Learning Resource Centre 10 - 11 As always, there have been many highlights this term, including the Year 8
Options and Parents’ Evenings, where students have begun to look at
Geography 12 possible future career pathways, supported by their parents and teachers.
Whilst the Year 11 students have now completed their final mock
Human Science 13 examinations, as part of our continuous support and preparations for their
GCSE examinations in the Summer Term.
Science 14 -15 Consequently, may I personally congratulate our students for their continued
commitment and focus to their studies, and wish Years 11 and 13 good luck in
Creative Arts 16 -17 their forthcoming public examinations.

listen to a range of 5 minute presentations, from ‘Prevent’ to ‘How to Revise’.
Modern Foreign Languages 19 All of these were well received by our parents, who said they thoroughly
enjoyed engaging with the College and being informed about the daily
Performing Arts 20 - 21 learning diet of their children.

Gymnastics 22 At the annual Spring Music Concert I was privileged to watch and listen to
Music 23 many of our talented musicians. There was an eclectic mix of performances,

We hope that during the Easter holiday you will all be able to relax and
recharge, and for students, in particular, to use this time to partake in things
                                  that benefit their wellbeing.
